Maternal complaints about feeding problems and anthropometric parameters of children with a diagnosis of pediatric feeding disorder

Purpose: to describe the anthropometric parameters of children diagnosed with pediatric feeding disorder by a multiprofessional team. Methods: retrospective clinical study conducted on 196 maternal complaints difficulties and diagnosis disorder. Children neurological diseases or having no were excluded from study. Weight height data obtained such as weight-for-age, length/height-for-age body mass index for-age analyzed, according recommendations World Health Organization. The two-proportion equality test was used level significance set at 0.05 (5%) in all analyses. Results: results showed mean (±Standard Deviation) values 13.09±5.1 for weight (kg), 0.61±15.53 (cm) 15.37±1.56 (kg/m²). also that 87.2% within adequate z-score 93.4% length/height-for-age, 88.8% had normal index. Conclusion: sample exhibited their age range.
